Roll-Up Doors
In order to better serve our customers, Mueller is now manufacturing our own roll up doors. We offer several types, including mini-doors, low-profile, commercial or heavy commercial doors. All of our roll-up doors can be made to match almost any color available in our panels, so your building can maintain a uniform look while still providing accessibility to meet your needs.
Our doors are available in the following sizes: 4' x 7', 8' x 8', 8' x 10', 10' x 8', 10' x 10', 10' x 12', 12' x 10', 12' x 12', 12' x 14', 14' x 14', & 16' x 8'. We can also special order other door sizes. |

Walk Doors
Walk doors or "personnel doors" are necessary in most building applications. Mueller walk doors are self-framing units which means they can be installed anywhere as long as building structure does not interfere. Our doors are available in 3', 4', and 6' widths and are 7' tall. Additional options such as glass, dead bolts, panic bars, etc. are also available.

Insulation
3” reinforced vinyl fiberglass insulation is the most common product used to insulate our pre-engineered metal buildings. We offer custom cut lengths, varying thicknesses such as 4” & 6”, and many different facings to choose from.
eFoil insulation is a double layer of polyethylene bubbles between a radiant barrier aluminum foil and a white fire retardant sheet. It reflects 97% of radiant heat, a source of heat that standard fiberglass insulation doesn’t deal with. Also it is not affected by humidity or condensation, which can sometimes cause problems with fiberglass insulation.
Solarguard insulation addresses all three forms of heat transfer. It combines a fiberglass core to slow heat transfer through conduction and convection but also has a highly reflective foil backer film to block radiant heat as well.

Skylights
Our fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) panels , made of polyester resin, allow for natural sunlight to help illuminate your building. We also carry foam insulated fiberglass skylight panels , which help reduce heat loss while still providing substantial light transmission.
Skylights that provide high impact (hail) resistance are our polycarbonate skylight panels , available in both white and clear colors.

Windows
| Windows for your metal building allow for both light and ventilation. Mueller self-framing windows are 3’ or 6’ wide and 3’ tall. Our windows, available in both standard or insulated models , slide horizontally and require no special framing in the building. |

Vents
| Ridge vents are an excellent way to remove heat from your building. Installed at the ridge, they allow the warm air inside your building a way to escape and also control condensation and moisture problems. Our low profile ridge vents are an effective means of controlling air flow through your building, while providing a sleek, streamlined appearance with the roof. Ridge vents come in 10' lengths, and may also be seamed together for longer applications. By installing round gravity vents or wall louvers, you can also achieve low-volume air movement. Our standard round vent is 20" in diameter. |

Screws
For all metal to metal applications, carbon steel self-drillers are used.
Our drillers have a tapered compression point and flat-top design, which combines the under-cut hex washer heads with EPDM sealing washers.
Long-life fasteners with a zinc alloy head offer a lifetime warranty against red rust. They are commonly used in coastal regions, where moisture and humidity can cause corrosion.
Woodgrip screws are a metal to wood fastener designed to self-drill metal panels and tap into the wood beneath. Our 1/4" hex head woodgrips provide quick engagement and exceptional pull out strength.
Low-profile fasteners feature an aerodynamic design, providing an aesthetically pleasing alternative to a hex-head screw. They were specifically designed to provide a sleek appearance with all Mueller panels.
