Store Pickup Instructions
Before arriving, please ensure your vehicle or trailer is properly sized, rated, and equipped to safely transport your order. Customers are responsible for securing and transporting all materials in compliance with applicable laws and safety requirements.
When available, Mueller will load materials using appropriate equipment such as a forklift or crane. For the safety of our employees and customers, Mueller may refuse to load or release materials if a vehicle or trailer is determined to be unsuitable, overloaded, or otherwise unsafe.
When picking up your order, please:
- Bring a copy of your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

Verify that your vehicle or trailer can safely accommodate the size and weight of your order.

Bring appropriate straps, tie-downs, and other load-securing materials needed to safely transport your order.

Arrive during the business hours at your selected location.
- Follow all posted safety instructions and directions from Mueller personnel.
